Function Keys

Function Keys F1 to F9 can be used as shortcut keys to perform specific tasks. Some of them are predefined by Loan Performer (F1, F2, F3, F4, F8, F9) and used as follows:

To set Function Keys you go to Systems->Configurations->Function Keys and a screen like the one below shows up:

Some of them are predefined by Loan Performer (F1, F2, F3, F4, F8, F9) and used as follows:

The keys F5, F6 and F7 are user defined. You can assign to them different functions as may suit your operations.

For example, if most of your clients come from villages A, B and C. You can store these names as "Village A", "Village B", and "Village C", under the F5, F6 and F7 keys respectively (see the picture above) and at the point of data entry instead of typing "Village A", "Village B" or "Village C" you will just press the appropriate key.

Save the settings by pressing the Save button.

Use the button Close to close this screen or the buttons "Back/Next" to go to the previous/next item of the Configuration.
